Merit-Based Scholarships for International Students at North American University, USA, 2017

North American University is offering merit-based scholarships for international students to pursue undergraduate degree programme.

North American University is a private, unaccredited, not-for-profit university in Houston, Texas. NAU was formerly accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, an agency formerly recognized by United States Department of Education.

Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate programme.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.
Scholarship Award:
  • International Presidential Amount: $7,000
  • International Trustee Amount : $6,000
  • International Dean Amount: $5,000
  • International Stallion Amount: $4,000
  • International Texan Total Amount: $2,000
Scholarship can be taken in the USA
Eligibility: Merit-based scholarships are available for qualified residential freshman and transfer students. Scholarship recipients must meet all university requirements for regular admission in the fall and spring semester for eligibility.
International Presidential Scholarship: SAT 1500 or 34 ACT or Remarkable Achievement achievement documented by student and approved by scholarship committee such as ISO Medallion Recipient OR International Transfer students with a 3.50 CTGPA & 60 credits
International Trustee Scholarship: SAT 1300 or 29 ACT or Exemplary Achievement documented by student and approved by scholarship committee such as ISWEEP Gold Recipient or INEPO Gold Recipient or Top 1% of National Exam OR  International Transfer students with a 3.50 CTGPA & 50 credits
International Dean Scholarship: SAT 1100 or 24 ACT or Outstanding Achievement documented by student and approved by scholarship committeesuch as ISWEEP Silver/Bronze Recipient or INEPO Silver/Bronze Recipient or Top 5% of National exam OR International Transfer students with a 3.0 CTGPA & 40 credits
International Stallion Scholarship: SAT: SAT 1000 or 21 ACT or Noteworthy achievement documented by student and approved by scholarship committee such as ISWEEP Honorable/Participation Recipient or Top 10% of National Exam OR International Transfer students with a 2.20 CTGPA & 30 credits
International Texan Scholarship: SAT 900 or 18 ACT or Recognizable achievement documented by student and approved by scholarship committeesuch as Top 25% of National Exam OR International Transfer students with a 2.20 CTGPA & 15 credits
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement:  All students seeking a Bachelor's degree are required to complete 36 hours of General Education courses at NAU.T
Test Requirement: No
English Language Requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
